POSTAL ORDERS 

STEP 1

✨️Choose your jewellery items on the website and order them.

✨️A free ashes/hair collection kit is automatically sent out to your home address within one working day. 

STEP 2

The kit consists of..

✨️ A prepaid tracked and signed padded envelope to post your items back to me. 

✨️  Small sealable plastic bags and a spoon for ashes and hair. Please aim to send at least a full tea spoon amount of ashes and an adequate amount of hair for your design. 

✨️ Please fill in the card included with the name of the deceased and any added comments or requests with your package. Remember to leave me a short note telling me a bit more about your piece and who it is made with ..I like to know about your loved ones. 

I will contact you to say i have recieved your package. 

STEP 3

That's it!! 

You can now wait for your package to arrive..all packages come In jewellery boxes with an added gift bag and tissue paper. 

I intend to get orders out within a 3 week period, (from when I recieve your piece of jewellery)  As I have to order the jewellery in,  depending on which piece the time frame can differ as a lot of them come from overseas ..please consider this Is my aim but not completely garenteed. If there will be a delay for some reason I shall contact you and please allow a much longer turn around for solid gold items, these can be several weeks as they are made to order.
